Qualitative Recruiting Specialist

We are looking for highly verbal and critically-thinking recruiting specialists to match research candidates to projects. This positions requires a solid understanding of qualitative research practices and phone communication skills. Experience working with spreadsheets and business-class phone systems a plus. Hired candidates will be trained in qualitative interviewing techniques. Positions are project-based and available nationwide.

Solid candidates will have:

• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Critical thinking capability
• Attention to detail
• Fundamental technical skills (Office, E-Mail, phone systems)
• Comfort interacting with a wide variety of socio-economic and education levels
• Experience working in field services or research facility a plus (but not required)
